Planning advice and a Review of Environmental Factors for a streetscape and active transport project improving pedestrian safety, connectivity and amenity.
Western Sydney Planning assisted City of Sydney Council (care of Complete Urban) to provide planning advice, and prepared a Review of Environmental Factors to facilitate the successful delivery of the Primrose Quietway, a streetscape and active transport project designed to improve pedestrian safety, connectivity and amenity.
The project includes new in-road garden beds and tree planting, reconfigured angled parking, changes to traffic priority, road closures to reduce through traffic and new pedestrian crossings. The works seek to create a safer and more attractive local street environment while maintaining existing trees and overall parking provision.
